Store Policies


All items will be dispatched within 10-14 working days. I do aim to be on the shorter side for deliveries, however please kindly note that at busier times this may increase. This will be stated when the order is placed. There is a standard rate for shipping at £3.85 and all items will be sent by Royal Mail.

Returns & Refunds

At present as almost all of our items at Little J Creations are personalised we currently do not have a returns policy, unless the item is damaged when delivered. If this unfortunately is the case, then please send a photograph of the damaged item either via email to or instagram. 

From there you will have 30 days to return the item. If the 30 days have exceeded since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it.

A receipt and/or proof of purchase will be required for all items. Please get in touch for information before returning any purchases.

Personalised items are exempt of being returned.

Once your returned item has been received it will be checked over, you will be notified by an email that we have received your item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected. 

If your refund has been approved, it will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Kindly note that this can take a number of days before being officially processed. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

We recommend using track & trace as your shipping method

For any items that have been that have been spelt wrong or if it is our mistake, we will replace the item for the correct one, no extra cost. 

Returns & Exchanges 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery, dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery.

Request for a cancellation on your order must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for

custom or personalised orders or items on sale.

Conditions of Returns

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
